Cancellations and Reservations

• When booking Best Available Rate or “Early Bird” offers, cancellation will NOT be allowed.
• With the exception of the period from June 15th to September 15th, cancellation is allowed up to 42 days before the arrival date, with the loss of the deposit.
• 14 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided.
• At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card provided (or 100% depending on the chosen rate).
• In case of “no-show” the entire amount of the booking is non-refundable.
• Special offers for Group have specific cancellation policies and must be mentioned individually.
• At the time of booking, a credit card guarantee is required.
• Prices are for accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.
• VAT included in all rates.

Children and extra beds (sofa bed)

• Children up to 2 years old: free cot (upon request and subject to availability)
• We do not have extra beds available
• Rates refer to the total capacity of the apartment, not being allowed to exceed the stipulated number of guests.

Others

• Check in time: 16:00 h
• Check out time at 10:00
• Non-smoking hotel (except in non-food outdoor areas)
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
